Tasting notes
Lacoste-Borie 2019 has an intense red colour; deep yet bright.
The aromas of black fruits, in particular the biggarreau cherry, explode on the nose, underlining the characteristics of very ripe grapes whilst retaining good freshness.
On the palate, the attack is very aromatic, mid palate is very balanced and finish paired with a bright freshness.
It is a very charming and gourmand wine that you can start to enjoy now and which become even more complex with a 3 to 5 years of ageing!!
